        Product and Installation Guarantee – When installed by our own team

        Our permeable resin bound paving installations are fully guaranteed for up to 30 years from the date of application against: 
        •   Loose stone
        •   Oil damage
        •   Cracking
        •   Softening
        •   Frost damage
        •   Workmanship*

        Our Guarantee Periods are up to 30 years! 

        When installed under an Approved Installer, Legacy Installer, or Global Partner, the workmanship provided is covered directly by them and we provide them with a product only guarantee. The guarantee is conditional upon a suitable base being used, and the advice in our Aftercare and Maintenance Guide has been followed. Materials supplied under Trade, DIY, or installed by a Trusted Installer are not covered under the SureSet Guarantee periods. Full terms and conditions can be downloaded from our website.
