SureSet StepRise
Can you get resin bound step risers?
Yes, you can!
Tucked away from the main roads, in the northwest of Rutland, sits the pretty market town of Whissendine; home to approximately 1,200 people. In February, we were contacted by Rutland based Elm Landscapes enquiring about SureSet steps for their client in Whissendine.
While we have always installed SureSet onto step treads using traditional methods, applying SureSet to vertical surfaces such as step risers was more of a challenge. To overcome this, we have developed StepRise which is a pre-fabricated SureSet resin bound tile which can be either cut to the required size on site or made to bespoke sizes to our customers’ specific requirements in our workshop. In fact, this is the first installation of our new StepRise.
SureSet SureRise is available in three formats:
1. Standard StepRise
Size: 1200mm x 200mm x 12.5mm
Mix type: General Use
Stone size: Up to 3mm
2. Standard StepRise cut to size
Details as above but cut to your required size. A maximum two straight cuts with additional cuts available on request.
3. Custom StepRise
Size: Customised to your requirements (up to max 1200mm x 600mm)
Mix type: General Use
Stone size: Up to 3mm
Both our standard and bespoke StepRisers are available in 3mm Natural Aggregate in Barley Beach, Tuscan Barley Beach, Bronze, Norwegian Bronze, Norwegian Pearl, Sterling, Tuscan Terracotta, Forest Green, Winter Frost and 3mm Spectrum recycled coloured glass.

The approximate lead time for the SureSet StepRise is 2 - 4 weeks and they are available as a Supply Only or Supply and Lay option.
