DIYPack Patio in Wiltshire

Doing work in your own house and garden has really become a big deal for everyone.  Not only do home improvements enhance the property, but they have that feel good factor which makes you proud of where you live.  However, if you do come to sell up and move on, they can also help get in the potential buyers and maybe get you that little bit extra on the selling price too!

Our Trade and DIY Products:
DIY Kits are great for small areas or adding designs such as letters, numbers or logos into a bigger project.  Kits are sold in pairs to install 1m² in total at a 16mm depth.

A SureSet DIYPack is the ideal solution for transforming your home project using your very own labour giving it the personal touch.  Available in two sizes, 15m² and 30m² to be installed at a 16mm depth, perfect for applications such as pathways, patios, decorative areas and straight driveways.

Our TradePacks are designed with builders in mind where they have larger tools for the job.  TradePacks can be purchased in two sizes, 15m² and 30m² at an 18mm depth, suitable for turning driveways and large hard landscaping areas.

ProResin is our resin only option in two versions, UVR and Non-UVR.  The ProResin kits come in 2 pack sizes 7kg and 7.5kg, although bespoke options are available.  Kits can be bought on their own to use with locally sourced aggregates or stone can be bought direct from SureSet with the resin.
The Project:
A residential customer, local to us in Warminster, had a small patio project to complete and our DIYPack product was ideal for them to give their installation skills a go.  This particular project was going to be laid over a Type 3 base rather than traditional materials such as concrete, tarmac or SureCell which are often used as a base for resin bound paving.  Due to the nature of the compacted Type 3 stone, a thicker depth of SureSet resin bound paving at 30mm was required to provide the stability that would otherwise be enhanced by a more solid base.  Using a 30m² DIYPack meant that the depth could be doubled whilst installing an area of 15m².

Our product ranges offer different blends of colour to suit everyone’s style.  The Natural Aggregate Range is exactly as it sounds, full of neutral golden, buff and brown tones.  Marbles in greys and whites, and the Spectrum Range is a complete contrast by offering any shade of colour you could want in a recycled glass.  6mm Chestnut from our Natural Aggregate Range was selected to complete the patio and steps which were laid up to stone edging to give a rustic, neutral feel against the rest of the garden and brickwork of the house.
