SureSet Resin Demonstrates Customer-First Ethos with Courtyard Replacement After 15 Years of Use
SureSet has once again demonstrated its commitment to exceptional customer care and long-term product performance by completing the full replacement of a residential courtyard surface - nearly 15 years after it was originally installed.
Earlier this year, the homeowner contacted the SureSet operations team after noticing areas of surface deterioration. Although the resin-bound surface had been in place since around 2011, SureSet responded quickly, arranging a site visit to assess the issue. Following inspection, the team agreed that the surface had not aged as expected and escalated the matter for internal review.
In keeping with SureSet’s long-standing ethos that quality is measured not just by the products we install, but by the way we stand behind them, the company made the decision to replace the entire courtyard at no cost to the customer.
The work carried out by our trusted legacy installation partners MJS Surfacing was completed to a high standard. Surrounding areas were carefully protected, the project was neatly accomplished, and the finished result left the customer delighted with a refreshed, immaculate courtyard.
