In business, relationships can appear at times to be in a continuous state of transition and development with new customers welcomed, suppliers changing their focus, staff joining or moving on to other things and the form and direction of the business itself changing as it grows and adapts to meet the new challenges over the years.
It is therefore very satisfying to have a few constants that everything else can be framed around. One of our constants is our association with our longest standing Approved Installer, Tarways, who we will have been in partnership with for 10 years this month.
When Dave McAlister of Tarways joined our Approved Installer scheme in December 2003, SureSet was just a fraction of the size it is now, the market was growing, we had ambitions, and Dave felt that we were people he could do business with. As it turned out it was a good match and solid progress was made in the early years, Tarways’ experience, consistent high standard of work and productivity complimenting well with our own core values. More recently economic events have inevitably tended to put a dampener on things, and while lesser organisations have left the scene, both companies I feel have worked together well to overcome the difficulties so that, with the prospect of better times ahead, we are looking forward to giving our customers the service and quality of installation they have come to expect.
Tarways are SureSets sole installer for Northern Ireland who are also able to offer further groundwork services alongside the resin bound paving.
